Appartment on the Mediterranean seaside

Appartment on the seaside with a marvellous view: Capri on the left, Ischia on the right. The building is situated on the beach promenade of Pozzuoli (NA). It's a 20 minute train ride to the center of Naples.
The building was rebuilt in 1999, the entrance to this split-level appartment is on the second floor. Besides a living room and a kitchen, the appartment has a bedroom, a study, and two bathrooms. A small studio is on a separate level up half the starcaise to the roof terrace which is as large as the appartment. The terrace has a separate kitchen and a stone grill. The floors and bathrooms are tiled with handpainted tiles of Vetri sul mare.
